Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Dreams Playa Mujeres. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside of the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, or by sharing a few meals and drinks together. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that all room reservations be made through our travel coordinator MarieSam.

When should we arrive?
You've traveled all this way, so you might as well make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available as early as October 15, 2025. And the Wedding is on Friday, October 17th. We have some fun pre-wedding events planned (please click here to see that schedule) and we recommend that you arrive at least 1-2 days before the celebration. But please come and stay as long as you'd like. 

What should I wear to the Wedding Celebration?
For the Wedding Day please dress formally -- think beachy, but elegant. 

Are kids invited to the wedding?
As we know many of you will make a family vacation out of this, you are absolutely invited to bring your children to stay with you at the resort. Dreams has a great Kids Club that provides supervised activities daily. However, please consult with Tearra at 929-499-4513 to determine whether your child(ren) can be added to the guest list for the wedding day festivities. 

What do we do about transportation in Mexico?
Transportation to and from Cancun Airport to our host resort is included with our group block rates. After you book your flights, please share your flight info with our travel coordintor MarieSam so she can schedule your airport shuttle pickup and drop off accordingly. If you would like to plan any excursions, please ask MarieSam for information and assistance.

Do you we have to stay at Dreams? Can we stay somewhere else and still attend your wedding?
All guests must stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres to attend our wedding festivities and they must book their room through our travel agent. A huge part of what makes a destination celebration special is being able to spend time with our family and friends by the pool or beach and sharing meals and drinks together. 

What is the weather like? What should we pack?
Playa Mujeres, Mexico is typically hot and humid throughout the year -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, insect repellent, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
